So What is the Claims Management System?
The Caisorp Claims Management System (CMS) is a
package specifically developed to help organisations
with the management and approval of all monetary
claims between themselves and their customers. Types
of claims may include "credit notes", "rebate
payments" or "refunds".
Leveraging the workflow, collaboration and security
features of the Caisorp toolkit, the Caisorp-CMS
tracks all customer claims from creation through to
completion logging every change and ensuring that
only the right person can approve and move the claim
forward. Most importantly the Caisorp-CMS adds
visibility and accountability to the whole Claims
Management process.
